A Little About Us: We are Larry and Terri Martone and we are the proud parents of four wonderful children as represented by our logo - 3 lovely girls and a very athletic boy. Our family values provide the foundation for Scrapbook Creations: honesty, integrity and personal attention. In fact, you shouldn't be surprised to see the "kids" helping out in the store. After all, it is our family business! Our Refund/Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges may be made on unopened packaged merchandise within 14 days when accompanied by a receipt. If it is not an even exchange, we will issue you a store credit that can be used within 6 months from the date of issue. Unpackaged punches may be returned only if defective. |

Our Ordering Policy: Because of how frequently new items are introduced in this industry, we will usually order paper, stickers and other consumables only once. There will be exceptions in some of the staple items. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases, especially if you do two-page layouts. Even if we do reorder a paper, there are often differences in the dye lots and you may find that two pages purchased at different times vary by a shade. |

Gift Certificates: Looking for a gift idea for that special scrapper in your life? How about a gift certificate? You can purchase a gift certificate in any denomination and they are good for six months. Stop by the front desk and we'll be glad to help you. |

Special Orders: Looking for something we don’t carry? We will do our best to find you the products that you are looking for. We do ask that special orders be prepaid and will call you as soon as they come in. Want to be sure to get the latest tool or book? We will gladly take your request for an item that we are ordering for the store, call you when it comes in and hold it for you for one week. Prepayment is not required when it is something that we will be carrying in the store. |
