 Crop Around the Clock:
Here is your chance to scrap the weekend away! No kids, husbands, meals to fix, diapers to change, laundry to do, etc. Join us for 3 days for a total of 24 hours of scrapbooking. We will scrap from 4pm to 11pm Friday, January 12th, 9am to 9pm Saturday, January 13th and from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, January 14th. You can leave your supplies spread out the entire time - no picking up until 4pm on Sunday! We'll provide meals, daily make-n-takes, goodie bags, snacks & beverages, and lots of room to spread out for just $85 for the whole weekend! Get those Holiday photos scrapbooked early, plus get a discount on everything you buy that weekend! Spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up now. We will run this similar to our retreat weekends, but you can shop as you crop and run a tab as you crop. Tabs will need to be settled at the end of each day. You'll receive a 15% discount on all merchandise! Event includes four meals, snacks, a mini class each day & goodie bags. Meals: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday light brunch. Coffee, tea, soda, water, snacks will be available throughout the weekend. You must sign up for the whole weekend, but you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can't make a day. Cancellations: $10 fee through 1/5/07, $25 fee 1/6 through 1/10/07, no refunds for cancellations made after 1/10/07. |

| Spring Weekend Retreat:
Registration for our next weekend retreat begins at 5pm on Sunday, November 19th, 2006. Registrations will be accepted in person at the Fairport store or by telephone (585) 223-6720.
All rooms will be booked with a Non-Refundable $50 deposit. Balance is due no later than March 1st, 2007. Roommates must be booked together or we cannot guarantee the seating arrangements. Please mark all table mate preferences on registration form as well, as we do our best to accommodate them. Because we do the seating chart as we take reservations the first night, it is sometimes difficult to fit someone registering later into a specific table. Cropping space is two people per 8' table. Registration will begin at 5 PM on Sunday, November 19th, 2006.
Cancellation Policy: Because we are responsible for paying for the number originally booked, we must enforce the following cancellation charges: All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee through March 1st and a $100 cancellation fee through March 18th, 2007. No refunds for cancellations after March 18th, 2007. All cancellations must be done through Terri in person or by phone. (585) 223-6720 |
